RULES

Hours of Operation
Pool Hours 9:00 am to 9:00 pm; Tuesday through Sunday
POOLS ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS FOR MAINTENANCE
(Except National Holidays)

No lifeguards provided.

Adults Only Pool
Must be 19 years of age or older to be present in the adults only pool area.

Family Pool
At all times, children under the age of eight (8) years of age must be adult accompanied.
Swim diapers and rubber pants fitting snugly at the waist and leg openings required.

Adults Only Pool and Family Pool Rules
Proper swimwear or bathing attire required in the pool.
Access to the pool area is by use of keycard. Access by any other means is trespassing.

Food
Diving
Animals
Smoking
Pool Parties
Excessive Noise
Public Intoxication
Profane Language
Destruction of Property
Climbing on or over Fencing
Rafts or Large Pool Floats or Toys
Use of grills, smokers, cookers, fire, etc.
Running, Pushing or Dangerous Rough Play
Glass, Soaps or Gum Usage While in the Pool
Swimming During Hazardous Weather Conditions
Vehicles, Skateboards, Bikes, Roller Skates or Other Recreational Items

Members are responsible for their guests and their guest's behavior.
Minimum two (2) guests per member's household only.

Housekeeping
Dispose of trash
Clean up after usage
Return pool furniture to its proper location
Radios and TVs permitted but must not be disruptive to others.

NOTICE

The Taylor Lakes Owners' Association, Inc. Board of Directors reserves the right to amend the rules and may implement additional rules without notice.

The Board of Directors, Management and/or an authorized agent of the Association reserves the right to refuse anyone the use of the Taylor Lakes amenities with or without cause.

Failure to adhere to the rules, posed or otherwise, may result in loss of amenity privileges and deactivation of a member's amenity keycard without notification.

The Taylor Lakes Owners' Association, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

NOTICE

By acceptance of a Taylor Lakes Owners' Association, Inc. amenity keycard and/or key fob the member agreed to the following terms with our without contract:

The member is desirous of using the Taylor Lakes Owner's Association, Inc. common area amenities and is/are aware of the risks associated with the use of such common area amenities.

The member/user of the Taylor Lakes Owners' Association, Inc. amenity keycard and/or key fob agreed to indemnify and hold harmless the Association, its Directors, members, management, employees, agents and the Declarant/Developer, and its agents, and employees, from and against any and all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgments, expenses, costs and charges of every kind and of whatsoever nature suffered or incurred by the Association arising from or resulting form the use of any of the common area amenities by and of the members, member's guests, or any tenant of the member.

The member/user agrees that the use of the common area amenities will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Rules & Regulations adopted from time to time by the Board of Directors with our without notification.

The member's unit assigned the keycard/key fob used shall be fully responsible and liable for all acts and actions taken by any household member, guest, or tenant and any costs incurred by the Association as a result of their actions shall become an Individual Assessment to the member's unit.

Access to the fitness center is by use of keycard.
Access by any other means is trespassing.

Children younger than fourteen (14) years of age are not permitted
Fitness trainers are not provided or endorsed
Any solicitation by a personal trainer should be reported to management.

Housekeeping
Shirt and shoes required
Windows and doors must remain closed
Contact Management to adjust the thermostat
Return free weights to appropriate locations
Wipe off equipment after use
Turn off television, fans and lights

Radios and TVs are permitted with the use of headphones
