Promulgate, provide and enforce design and construction standards
Own, acquire, build, operate, hold, manage, and maintain real and personal property
Maintain, improve and repair
Establish, fix and determine assessments
Enforce all governing documents and more.

VENDOR'S ROLE


The Taylor Lakes Owners' Association Board of Directors and/or the Association's authorized representative works closely with area vendors to ensure services are performed by qualified, licensed and insured vendors. See: Vendor Policy

The Taylor Lakes Owners' Association does not contract with members, member owned companies or any vendors which may result in an appearance of favoritism.

Vendors service over 10,000 square feet of building, two commercial swimming pools, street lighting and signage, parking lots and 25+/- acres of common area grounds, trees, shrubbery, ponds and more annually.
