The Taylor Lakes Owners’ Association, Inc.’s Board of Directors is responsible for administering and enforcing the Association’s governing documents, i.e., Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Architectural Guidelines, and the Declarations of Protective Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions (Articles, Article III, Section D). Additionally, the Board of Directors is charged with making, establishing and enforcing reasonable rules and regulations governing the use of the property owned by the Association (Articles, Article 3, Section K, Item 4). Failure by members to adhere to the governing documents or the rules and regulations established by the Board of Directors will result in Individual Assessments levied against the members’ unit (Article VIII. Section A and Article VIII, Paragraph F) for fines, fees, costs, expenses, interest and charges incurred by the Association in enforcing and collecting, or attempting to enforce and collect, the Assessment from or against the Member, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses, whether incurred at trial or on appeal.

Accumulation of Refuse - No lumber, metals, bulk materials, refuse or trash shall be kept, stored or allowed to accumulate on any portion of the Property

Commercial Trucks - No commercial trucks, vehicle or equipment shall be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on subject property. This prohibition shall not apply to the temporary parking of trucks used for pickup and delivery.

Garages - Garage doors MUST remain closed except when vehicles are entering and/or exiting the garage.

Vehicles - Recreational: No boat, boat trailer, house trailer, horse trailer, trailer, camper, motor home or any similar items shall be located on or at any lot for a period more than twenty-four (24) hours, unless the same are stored in a carport or garage.

Vehicle Parking - Vehicle parking in driveways and/or on the street in front of houses shall be limited to temporary parking of guests or resident vehicles in current use and currently licensed. Other vehicles must be parked in the garages.

Enforcement of the Association's Covenants requires regular inspection of the community for identification of infractions and subsequent Notice to the member. Upon identification of an infraction, a Violation Notice is generated and mailed to the member; thereby giving "Notice"(Bylaws, Article IX, Section F). Click below:

The purpose of the Notice is to inform the member of the infraction and request corrective measures. If the infraction is not remedied, subsequent infractions (regardless of the time between Notices) will result in fines incurred as Individual Assessments upon the property (Bylaws, Article VIII, Paragraph A). 

Violation notifications are a corrective measure to help achieve 100% Covenant compliance within the community.
