ENFORCEMENT |
AUTHORITY The Taylor Lakes Owners’ Association, Inc.’s Board of Directors is responsible for administering and enforcing the Association’s governing documents, i.e., Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Architectural Guidelines, and the Declarations of Protective Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions (Articles, Article III, Section D). Additionally, the Board of Directors is charged with making, establishing and enforcing reasonable rules and regulations governing the use of the property owned by the Association (Articles, Article 3, Section K, Item 4). Failure by members to adhere to the governing documents or the rules and regulations established by the Board of Directors will result in Individual Assessments levied against the members’ unit (Article VIII. Section A and Article VIII, Paragraph F) for fines, fees, costs, expenses, interest and charges incurred by the Association in enforcing and collecting, or attempting to enforce and collect, the Assessment from or against the Member, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses, whether incurred at trial or on appeal. | VIOLATIONS Click link below for more information.
