AMENITIES

The Taylor Lakes Owners' Association, Inc. has available for the benefit of its' members in good standing a facility known as the "Clubhouse" located at 5138 Taylor Lakes Parkway, Montgomery, Alabama for event rentals. With capacity up to two hundred (200) people, the facility is suitable for meetings, weddings, receptions, graduations, birthday events and more!

Clubhouse amenities include:
Capacity: 200
1,600 +/- square foot foyer/lobby (seating capacity: 11)
5,000 +/- square foot unobstructed event area
Kitchen w/Serving Window, Refrigerator, Warming Drawers (2) and Microwave
Ice Machine
Rectangular Tables (1 - 6'; 9 - 8'), Round Tables (5 - 5') and Chairs (122)
Men's and Women's Restrooms
Hi-Speed Internet
Flat Screen Television
Fireplace (Non-functioning)
Off Street Parking (Front and Rear)
Video and Keycard Monitoring 24/7

Clubhouse rental does not include the pools, pool decks, covered patios, fitness center or the exterior grounds.

NO EVENT WILL BE PLACED ON THE TAYLOR LAKES EVENT CALENDAR WITHOUT A COMPLETED/ACCEPTED CONTRACT AND REQUIRED FEES PAID.

RATE SCHEDULE

The Taylor Lakes Owners' Association Board of Directors reserves the right to
modify the fees, hourly rates and fines with or without notification.
Violation of the Clubhouse Rental Contract, Exhibit A or any Rules & Regulations of the Association
will result in fines; either deducted from the member's security deposit
or invoiced to the member as an Individual Assessment or both.

RENTAL

To secure rental of the Clubhouse, complete and submit the below documents (along with the required fees) to the Taylor Lakes Owners' Association, Inc. (To obtain; click the links below.)

Clubhouse Rental - Exhibit B (Alcohol; Guest Count)

You may submit your contract and required fees as follows:
1.) Mail to PO Box 230817, Montgomery, AL 36123-0817 or
2.) Email to info@taylorlakesassociation.org (and mail the required fees)
a.) to pay via credit card; contact management via email to make arrangements (4% service fee applies)
3.) Place inside the drop box located at the entrance of the Clubhouse
4.) Following the event, a Post Event Inspection occurs. See Post Event Checklist.
